Conversion of 375 sq. ft. garage to living space and interior remodel of 2,400 sq.ft. residence. Remodel included adding a bedroom and a new bathroom to where the garage used to be, as well as redesigning second bedroom and creating a new laundry room inside the house, along with a powder room. The project also included redesigning the living room so that the residence could have direct entry from the new parking area, as well as creating flow to the outside with new, pocketed sliding doors. The project also included redesigning the front yard and part of the facade to integrate the new spaces.
