1.500 sf  2 story addition with new 400 sf attached garage. Work included adding a new den downstairs, as well as a new garage. Redisigning the master bedroom downstairs to serve as a new guest suite with a deck. The new second story included a large master suite with a balcony to take advantage of the mountain view and the addition of a large family room/theater. The challenge was to add a second story to the rear portion of the house that would seamlessly blend in with the existing one story residence
